In 2018, Mr Towers was employed by UTS as Subject Coordinator to design and deliver two university subjects on Digital Forensics.  He is a qualified and experienced trainer who has provided training in electronic evidence at universities, continuing professional education providers, conferences and within law enforcement agencies since 2009.

Access Forensics is led by Mr Clinton Towers who has gained more than 15 years experience in audit, investigations and forensics in both Accounting and Computing sciences. As a Federal Agent for the Australian Federal Police (AFP), he was assigned to specialist teams dedicated to investigating:

  • Fraud, Money Laundering, Proceeds of Crime and other financial crimes;

  • Computer hacking and Cybercrime offences; and

  • Electronic evidence and Digital Forensics.

Whilst a Federal Agent he was seconded to the NSW Crime Commission and the United Nations where he participated in an international peacekeeping mission.

As a member of the AFP Financial Investigations Team, and later the Computer Forensics Team, Mr Towers received specialist training and mentoring in Forensic Accounting and IT Forensics. Mr Towers has since provided advice and assistance to management, lawyers, investigators and IT Security officers from numerous organisations including:
